Oh my. This week is going to be killer. Day 1 just about did me in...in fact, this was the first time that I didn't way overmax on the last set. In fact, I only got to 20 out of 25. The set was 25, 17, 17, 15, > 25, and I was doing okay (sorta!) until that last set. I even gave myself 2 minutes before the max set instead of the normal 1 minute.
My suspicions were confirmed today: I'll be doing week 3 at least twice, in order to complete it properly.
