I know there are many of you out there on the net who are waiting with bated breath for my 100 pushups updates *cough*, so here's another fix for ya'll:
This second week of week 3 is going by much better than the first time, and to be honest I'm a bit surprised. Today's set was 27, 19, 19, 15, max > 25 with 90 second intervals in between. I did all the pushups in every set with no extra rest time! It was still tough, but not quite as tough as Monday's set I think.
I'll be curious to see what my max is at the end of this week... I mean, when I started this whole thing, I maxed at 21, and I'm regularly doing more than that--several times a week, in fact. Maybe 35? I don't think I could do 40 yet, but I might be able to catch 35.
