I not only won today, I spanked it.
The sets were 30, 22, 22, 20, max > 27. Repeating the mantra , "I can do this!" before each set, I was able to get the first 4 sets with only moderate difficulty. After my 2 minute rest from the 20 set, I thought, "I really think I can do this!" and launched myself at it. When I hit 27, I still had some left in me, so I pushed all the way to 30!
Okay, so three stinkin' push ups may not seem like that big of a deal, but after last week's struggle to do the week 3 sets, this was a major personal victory. On to week 4!
